3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Manage your account and authenticate access.
• Facilitate bookings between clients and mariachi providers.
• Process subscription payments through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activities.

4. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We share data only when necessary to provide the service:

• Supabase: For database storage, authentication, and backend services.
• Firebase (Google): For sending push notifications.
• Google Maps: For geocoding and displaying maps within the app.
• Apple: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Note: We DO NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

All financial transactions for subscriptions (Monthly or Annual plans) are processed exclusively by Apple. MariachiYA does not store or have access to your credit card information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more details on how they handle payment data.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account and data at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at andrescsama@gmail.com.

7. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and password hashing, to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. MINORS

The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
